2021 SNO Annual Meeting and Education Day
The theme of this year’s SNO Meeting is “Bridge to the Future: Reimagining Bench to Bedside.” Building upon the success of past SNO meetings, this year’s scientific meeting will offer concurrent and plenary sessions, a Town Hall, oral abstract presentations, and enhanced poster presentations. In addition, featured keynote speakers will deliver comprehensive presentations that complement the meeting theme. The focused sunrise and lunch sessions will provide in-depth information on various timely issues impacting CNS tumor research and treatment.
The 2021 SNO Education Day, held on Thursday, November 18, will feature two programming tracks. The first will include sessions on tumor heterogeneity and molecular classification, and a concurrent session will include sessions that address disease management, treatment-related toxicities, and continuity of care.
You won’t want to miss this year’s SNO Gala on Saturday, November 20, at the Boston Public Library, an intellectual event space immediately adjacent to the Hynes Convention Center and the landmark Trinity Church. The theme for the Gala is the Roaring 20’s—a time of speakeasies, flappers, and the Charleston! This Gatsby-themed evening will harken back to a significant era in American history when the style was glamorous, and the movement (in more ways than one!) was exciting.
